Voucher Entitlement: This voucher entitles the bearer to one (1) year free upgrade to Emerald Tier with EagleWings Group.

Validity Period: The voucher is valid for 1-year upon EagleWing’s given date.

Redemption Process: The bearer will opt-in via the QR Code and EagleWings will reach out directly on the rewards and benefits. There is no contact point provided by FinGroup.

Eligibility: The voucher is non-transferable. The voucher is limited to one (1) person membership.

Scope of Services: This voucher covers the scope of services provided by EagleWings Group under their relevant terms and conditions.

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable: The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other services and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Any rescheduling of any bookings with EagleWings will be subjected to their availability and cancellation policies.
